start up pop up help

i like to know why is my start up menu pop up every time i wake my computer from sleep look at the picture .
i have 2 computer and it happen on both of them so is not not my motherboard .

Are you using the start key to wake the computer?

no i do not .all i do is move my mouse or tap on the tap bar .
this never did happen when i was using fm2 board .now my 2 board are fm2+.
now as for my typing in english is you can do better in french go right a head till then shot it up period

There was no insult, a misunderstanding maybe, sometimes it's forgotten that English is not everyone's first language.
