I do not know the proper section to put this within, but i am putting it here, if it is needed to move, sorry for the inconvenience. Okay, so my programs are non-responsive, some of them that is, and then this popped up when i tried to update a driver, and restarted my computer:
C:\Windows\system32\igfxrENU.Irc is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. The title of this popup is in the title of this thread.

I might have to also note, how do i fix non-responsive programs as well, almost every single program i run has this problem.(Not responding)

Sort out the drivers first , You will find with the right drivers installed many of the problems you are now seeing will disappear ,have a look in device manager and seeif any devices have a yellow triangle with an exclaimation mark insde it next to the devices,if so right click on the device and select "update driver" windows will the search for a better driver if one is available ;)
