Hi guys.

I was trying to fix my dad's laptop, because he downloaded or did something wrong to it. I thought that I should system restore. I did that and because he told me that it has been going for more than 1 month. So I restored it 2 months back.

Now the problem begins. He changed his user name of his laptop. Now when I turn it on and goes to the user name and password screen, its telling me that its wrong pass or user name. I've tried all his password and it seem to not work. So what I'm guessing is that the username is wrong. Because I noticed that now his user name has MR. at the start. Before it wasnt there.

So I should change user name right? But thats my problem, it doesnt let me change username, I cant click on the picture what so ever.

And any advice how to solve this problem? Or even change username?

Thank you!
