Solved Starting Window freeze

I accidentally power off the power point of my computer and obviously has turned into blue screen when I re-switched back. I was then forced to switch off by pressing the power button for few second of thinking to re-start the computer.

I have chosen and tried the following options:
1. Start Window to repair, but it freeze at "Starting Window" screen without Window logo
2. Press F8 right after reboot the computer, I select "safe mode with command prompt", it starts loading window files, but then stopped at Loaded:\Window\system32\Drivers\CLASSPNP.SYS

Does anyone has any solution for this? Is it due to hardware faulty?

If that is due to hard disk problem, can I reformat the whole hard disk and then restore back with this Window System Recovery disk? The question is how to go to command prompt?

Can anyone help, please.

Can you unplug all peripherals from your computer (except keyboard) and try to boot again?

Can you go into bios and make sure your C drive is still first boot. If you can't do that try this. Unplug your DVD/CD player (after proper shut down of course) and then try to boot to see if Windows 7 picks up your C drive.

One more to add. I managed to run my Window System Recovery disk by changing the priority in BIOS. The Starting Window kick-started and lead me to repair prompt. After sometimes of repair, it pop-up saying that Window can not repair automatically with some log. Unfortunately, I closed the window and failed to write down the log. Then the Window 7's blue screen changed to distorted pattern. My goodness.

I forced to power off the PC and repeat the above step by booting up from CD. But I can't repeat the above repair step. I repeat and repeat yet still fail. It kept coming back to the initial Starting Window freeze situation.

My curious is:
If one of the Window file is corrrupted when I first power-off the PC, how come I can't over write the error by running Recover disk. Is it due to hard disk bad sector? Could that be fixed if I reformat the hard disk?

Nevertheless I will try gregrocker's suggestion.

If you can't boot a disk and have tried as vigorously as possible, then try resetting the BIOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

There are disks in the tutorial which can boot themselves without user input: Hiren's boot disk to do the A/V scan, test HD with maker's HD diagnostics, Partition Wizard to check Actiive flag is on Win7 or its boot partition and Rebuild MBR, Hiren's XP explorer to copy out files, then PW or DBAN to wipe the HD to force Win7 installer to start to reinstall.

PW will also boot itself to do its functions in the tutorial, so will Paragon Rescue disk to rescue files.

You really need to get the Win7 DVD or Repair CD booted though to try its repairs listed. If not and the others which boot themselves cannot repair it then you may need to rescue your files and wipe the HD to force installer to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
