Startup error, solutions do not work :(

Hi, I was windows 7 32 bit and I decided to install Ubuntu to check it out. After a week I got tired of it so I tried to uninstal it by formating my U: disk in disk management (partition from my harddrive, windows is on C: ) after I did that I rebooted and got "no such partition error, grub rescue " so I look it up on google and tried to fix it with my usb boot device that countains ubuntu. Sadly it didn't work..so I formatted my usb stick, searched again and I downloaded windows 7 recovery 32 bit iso and put it on the usb stick..I booted the startup repair but I get an error saying windows cant automaticly repair my startup so I don't know what to do now and I need your help.

Ps: I have an image on my external harddrive that I couldnt load and I tried to recover my computer. Also when the usb stick is not plugged in I get this when I boot :
L 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01...which I think is a linux error.(I
don't get the partition and grub rescue thing anymore) I just want to boot my windows grrrr, dual boot was working fine before I had to choose between ubuntu and windows.

boot with a windows cd, and try running the
fdisk /MBR

command.
Grub still has control of the master boot record or you wouldn't be getting linux related messages.
Once windows has replaced the mbr again startup repair may be able to do it's thing.

I don't have the windows cd, my dad has them. I only have this recovery program on usb...I will try to get the cds in a shop. I wouldn't mind losing everything because all my files are backed up so if there is a way I can format my whole computer and start over with windows installation I'd like to know how.

Reformatting will be a lot easier than anything else at this point it would seem.

How do I reformate before I do the clean installation since I only have acces to bios...with the recovery program on usb I can also use cmd prompt.

I have a cd drive, not dvd. But the windows cds are at my dad's house, we bought a family package of 3 liscences.

Update on my case : I went to get the cds, and couldn't repair it so I reformatted everything and reinstalled windows 7. Thank you for you help
