Startup error

Good day

I had a problem with my fingerprint identifier thingy on my hp laptop, so I reinstalled it.
Ever since rebooting my computer after that, my windows system will not start up normally.
When I start it up it takes me to startup repair. Which does not work.
System restore will not work either.

Help would be very appreciated.

Ok I am using the Diskpart option. But I do not know which of my four partitions to mark active or inactive.

ok great. when i booted up again there seems to be a bigger problem. i will post a photo of the screen later.
