Startup minimized

I installed a TP-Link wifi adapter and installed a configuration program for wifi and starts during Windows startup but i want it to start minimized or hidden. There is a shortcut in the Startup Windows folder. When i click its shortcut and select PROPERTIES and put it to start minimized this have no effect.

Uninstall the configuration program and let Windows do its job

Sadly, sometimes it is hard to get rid of the extra stuff and just keep the network adapter drivers. Dell's wireless network adapter crapware is like that.
