startup problem help asap

my system is having startup problem.. .....my quickheal total security starts scanning system in native mode and in between the screen turns black and the windows doesnot starts

Boot in safemode with networking and remove Quickheal, it seems to cause issues
Your laptop should then startup normally

i have done it but it starts loading windows files and stops at some point ........and the system is freezed with command prompts with window files
