Startup problem

i hav e a Toshiba Satellite L650 Laptop New.Every once in awhile it will not start.Ive removed all my extra software run CHKDSK,Antivirus,Malware apps.I even reloaded.Still does it. can you help?Toshiba is no help at all.Totally useless

What exactly do you get when it does not start. Since it seems to be sporadic, it may be difficult to diagnose.

Does it dont start at all .... or it takes a long time to start up ?
