Solved startup programs

Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me how to locate the start up folder in windows 7 Home Basic 64 bit OS. I needed to launch an application as soon as I start my laptop. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how can I do it.

I use win-patrol to manage my start-up programmes.

The issue is - if any programes needs UAC permission to start.

start>All programs>start up

right click and select open, throw in the shortcuts of the programs you want windows to start up.
