I start evga precision on windows start up and it asks me that every time i start up, is there anyway i can turn it off for that specific program?

Hello Torey,

This would be UAC. You could turn off or lower the level of UAC protection, but it would not be recommended to do to have better protections against malware.

Another option that may work better for you is to use Method Three in OPTION ONE of the tutorial below to have the program run at startup through Task Scheduler with "Run with highest privileges" instead of being in your normal startup programs list.

Hope this helps,
