This is why you need to use the Partition Wizard boot disk for any resizing operations, because it never fails while all others except Disk Mgmt and PW boot disk can fail.

Boot Partition Wizard CD to see if the Win7 partition is still intact and confirm C: or the 100mb System Reserved (preferred) holds the Active flag, then highlight the HD, from the Disk tab select Rebuild MBR, OK, Apply. Partition Wizard Rebuild MBR - Video Help.
How to Set Active/Inactive partition -Partition Wizard Video Help.

If Win7 doesn't start at reboot, then boot into the Win7 DVD or System Repair Disk to run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times .

If your partitions are scrambled and/or Win7 won't repair, then you can run Factory Recovery from its partition at boot, or disks, or get the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 .

Thanx alot for helping my problem has been solved ... as you recomended i boot from windows 7 dvd .. and then run the startup repair ... it works for me... i m back at my last state thanx
