Solved Startup repair loop endlessly, and PIO mode fix

firstly, it happens my device turns slow and i found out it was in pio mode. But the option to enable DMA is grayed. After i restart now my laptop not booting (endlessly startup repair fails). I cant access safe mode due to this PIO case. Any solution?

Windows 7 ultimate 32bit

I have tried that before, but the option to enable dma on Primary is grayed, the other one still in DMA. But now im encountering startup repair endless loop. it wont let me boot my laptop.
