There is no "System Repair". Do you mean "Startup Repair" or "System Recovery"? If you are getting "Startup Repair", follow the tutorial given above and let us know what happens.

I dont have the command prompt though

Did you use the link in step 1 to be able to boot to a command prompt using your retail installation media or Startup Repair Disc?

If you like, you can download the latest official Windows 7 with SP1 ISO file for your edition at the link below, then use the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to create a installation DVD/USB with from the ISO on any computer to use on your computer.

There's no guarantee. It'll either work or not work, but will not make it worse. It's a first step that will hopefully work to avoid having to do more drastic measures.

So i install it via another computer, add it to a usb, then put it in my computer?

P.S. Will this remove all of my things? (Documents pictures etc,)

You would basically be downloading the ISO file, and using it to create an Windows 7 USB or DVD on the other computer, that you could then use to boot with on your computer for a command prompt at boot to hopefully be able to do the rest of the system repair loop tutorial.

The tutorial below can help show you how to create the Windows 7 USB/DVD with the ISO file.

This will not delete anything since you are not reinstalling Windows, but only trying to repair your boot manager.

If the preceding repair doesn't help then Boot into System Recovery Options on Win7 Disk, confirm the 100mb System Reserved partition (preferred if you have it) or C is the Partition Marked Active, then run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

Report back what it finds.

Ok, so i tried really hard on how to fix it but im stuck on how to make the iso file, i downloaded the iso you picked but it wont show up on the usb cd maker launcher, so i ask kindly, can you please either give a step by step instruction on this thread or make a video? I would really appreciate it

When you downloaded the ISO file to your desktop, were you able to click on the Browse button to select the ISO file in Part 2 below?

No, it didnt show up in the browsr, i think it was a iso image
