Startup Repair problem windows 7

I can't fix the problem with the Startup repair, I can't start it in safe mode only in normal mode and recovery mode but that also won't help. because first I get need to select a keyboard input method, after that i can login but i get the System recovery Options but the Startup repair can't find anything I don't have a System restore point nor System Image Recovery point.

so i'm stuck with this I restart it like 10 times but that won't help either.
i don't have the disk of windows 7 so I can't reinstal it.

what could I do best without loseing al my files etc. because I don't have a backup...

Sometimes hitting the F8 key can be very troublesome. Are you tapping it after the Splash Screen during the boot?

Some laptops may have a setting for which type of key is set for the F key. You might check your startup utility to see if it shows the F keys and not the options keys as default.

Does your computer show any other keys you could use?

Any insight into the original problem?
