Solved Startup Screen

I have reinstalled Win7 after a software-related crash. Windows is working fine after the reinstall, except for the boot sequence. On startup a black screen displays giving me the option to start Win7 or run a memory check. There are two Win7 entries one below the other but only one is selectable (this looks similar to the typical boot into safe mode type of screen). Win7 automatically starts after 20 seconds or so if neither of the Win7 selections are selected.

My question is, how do I bypass or remove this bootup screen and start immediately in Win7 as normal?

In the Windows start menu search box type msconfig at the boot tab is there more than one Windows 7 entry?

Yes there is. The first is on C:, the second is on D:

I assume I should delete the D: entry?

Went ahead and deleted the D: item. Win7 starts normally now.
