StartupRepairOffline??

Alright so I was just using my computer, when a MSE dialogue popped up telling me that it had detected a threat, so I just told it to take care of it and it went away and fixed the problem.
However, About 10 minutes later, the computer just crashed, just restarted by itself, and could not boot into Windows.
The system began to scan itself for problems and said it was attempting to fix the problems for about an hour, when finally it said it could not find a solution to the problem.
The problem details I was given were:
Problem event name: StartupRepairOffline
Problem signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 03: unknown
Problem signature 04: 120
Problem signature 05: AutoFailover
Problem signature 06: 1
.... and so on

If anyone could offer any insight into how to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I do have access to the system, I can access the hard drive and everything as I have dual-booted with Ubuntu, which I am currently using.

Hi pafao.
I suggest trying the Last Known Good Configuration function: Restart the computer > Keep pressing F8 > Choose Last Known Good Configuration. If it works, follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Let us know the results.

Just tried doing the Last Known Good Configuration, however it didn't work, it gave me the same results as booting normally.
What happens is Windows just starts to boot up for a few seconds, it says "Windows Starting", then the screen goes black for a second and it says "Windows is loading files..." and a loading bar fills up, then it goes black for a while and then the startup repair starts.
