Solved Static Aero

My aero is static. I just noticed it.
What I mean:

* When you normally launch a program form you see a rectangle around it. It does not appear and only appears when the window is actually there.

* When you hover your start button, it lishtly shows all the lights. Right now, it directly shows me "the final posistion".

* When you go with your mouse from the left to the right, you normally see the mail color from the icon going with your cursor, but now it stays in the middle.

can anybody help me? I dit try system recovery but I just found out I disabled it and it wiped out all my restore points...

if nobody has idea, your best chance is to 'refresh' windows with your install disk.
(it refreshes only sytem files and leaves all your programes and program settings,
it only restores smaller windows settings but that's not a deal)

it would be useful anyway to refresh the system... it's running slowly right now...

place in your windows install disk
restart windows
if you haven't changed the BIOS the windows setup will load
i can't remember the detail, but click next if you're asked about languages or things like that
once you will get to a window that says something like: refresh windows OR install windows to a drive
click refresh
it will take about an hour to finish
