ok i've allready tried some varios steps (Disabling various devices one by one/drivers) tried Disabling S/PDIF, tried Disabling LAN (as i'm over Wifi), tried disabling the Nidia Sound (HDMI out) as well teh "Additional ports" w/o any success.

this occurs reguardless the Media Player, i've tried switching Output faces (i have front and back faces. )

i've run DPC Latency Checker and Something is Defantly afoot. after 5 mins it Maxed at over 4000uS

i'm not sure what driver is causing it and DPCLatency does report "Some device drivers on this machine behave bad and will probably cause drop-outs in real-time audio and/or video streams."

3 culprits i can think of atm:

1: Underclocked CPU (i've been having heat issues so to manage the excessive heat i've underclocked my FX 4100 to 3.2GHZ from 3.6GHZ Stock by changing the multiplier, and leaving the stock fan to run @ 100%)

2: AC Noise: this PC runs on an CyberPower 825VA LCD SmartUPS (current load is & 57% )

3: Burnt out USB: for 2 months i've been running a Overclocked "BITMAIN" AntMiner U1 (OpenSourceCoin[OSC]) non stop. (i see side effects such as USB Devices like pendrives have decreased speeds, Wifi drops outs SD Readers cant function when the Miner is active.)

as it is whats plugge din on USB:

Xbox 360 Wired Controller
Dell Generic Laser mouse
Logitech Keyboard
generic USB 802.11N wifi adapter
2x Unused USB Cables (to charge my phones)
USB External 24x DVD Burner
power Connector for Turtlebeach X12's (on USB 3.0 Ports.)

the static i hear and monitoring w/ DPC Latency analyizer Anytime the DPC Latency Spikes.

i've attached my Driver list using the SF Diagnostic Tool.

edit: as well be noted i recently uninstalled EasyTune 6 and exited the pannel, it eliminated the static over HDI Out but its still there over my Realtek Analog out.
