I've already posted the issue I was having with a friends computer on Ten forums.
What I'm asking here, seeing that it relates to all OS versions is that after fixing a PC, (won't boot, failed hardware, virus, etc.) is what to do before returning a computer to it's owner. Stress test, create system image/repair disc, updates (the particular computer has Windows 10). What would be a good course of action so it's not back in my "shop" days later with an issue I could have experienced before returning the computer?
