I usually use sticky notes to keep some username information. One day I started my PC and i saw this text at the top of the sticky notes: @mith5456
Attached image.

Initially I thought it would be the work of my brother or could be remenants of a password. But then i noticed it on my Office PC, then on another PC too. I cant figure out the source and nothing on the internet about this.

This is not causing any sort of discomfort or anything of that sort but my curiosity is getting the better of me. Anyone here knows why this happens or noticed the same?

I would worry a bit if I saw this on my PC. I would run Malwarebytes straight away. Have you got an A/V software running and if so is it up to date?
