still cant get CoD WaW to work

Ok i got a nes gameing laptop today and im still having the same issue with CoD WaW i get error 1305.Error reading from file
E;\Setup\Data\main\video\ber2_load.bik. Verify that the file exists and you can access it could it be a disk error

Sounds like a disc error, you may want to try a different disc.

No its not a disk error i just tried it on a vista computer and worked fine is there any way i can make windows 7 compatible with CoD WaW

but i put CoD MWF 1 on and it works fine
