I had previously had this problem late last year (2010), it is still happening although not as often. The only things that I have noticed are the browsers (IE and Chrome) acting up before the BSOD. I updated all of my drivers (Sonic, USB, GPU, Printer, really all of them). That seemed to work for about a month, now the problem is back.

Here are my components:

OS: Windows Professional 64 bit
Case: Cooler Master Cosmos 1000 RC-1000
PSU: SeaSonic X750 Gold 750W ATX12V V2.3/EPS 12V V2.91
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R, latest bios FB18
CPU: Intel Core i7-980X
GPU: Quadro 5000
BD/CD/DVD: LITE-ON iHBS112
RAM: Kingston HyperX 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 (recommended by MOBO manufacturer)
Hardrives: (2) Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM set as RAID 0. This is for the OS and Software
(2) SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 set as RAID 1. This is for work Files and Projects.
Peripherals:
Tablet: Wacom Intuous GD-0608-U
Monitor: Dell U2410
Webcam: Philips SPC900NC
Printer: Epson R280
No overclocking.

I use this system for work (FX and Motion Graphics)

Thank you.

Hi Getacarlos, one of you dumps pointed to NETIO.SYS as a possible issue. The driver date listed for your Broadcom NetXtreme II 10 GigE VBD is 12/31/2008 11:29:28 AM. There is a newer driver 14.2.11.1 dated 11/05/10 here.

Please uninstall and install the new driver.

Just out of curiosity is your system running Norton Antivirus?

Cheers

Thank you for the tip,

By the way, how do I unistall the Broadcom NetXtreme II 10 GigE VBD? I couldn't find it under the Device Manager.
Oh, and I don't use Norton, been using Microsoft Security Essentials for this build.

The installation of the updated driver may have an uninstall option which should remove the old driver, if not just install the new driver. Sorry if I caused confusion. :)
