I have always gotten random blue screen crashes, seems like one every 2-4 days.
WhoCrashed report used to point to wireles drivers. Recently found updated drivers and crash no longer points to the wireless drivers
My system:
HP DV-5 AMD Turion X2 laptop
Windows 7 Ultimate X64 SP1
Full retail install with latest updates
Installed 2009
BSOD occurred while using Internet Explorer with multiple tabs open.

MemTest passes.

Driver Verifier bluescreens instantly, too fast to read, nothing recorde in event log, no crash dump. I have to do a system recovery/restore to reboot afterwards. The restore seems to have removed the most current crash dump that was generated today so I can't include it but WhoCrashed indicated the crash was related to ntoskrnl.exe and MountMgr.sys this time.
Since driver Verifier won't run what should my next step be?

I think it might have something to do with your Bluetooth device, Can you un-install everything to do with it

OK, I uninstalled everything Bluetooth related that I can find. Since I'm not currently using my bluetooth devices, I disabled the adapter in device manager.
Now we wait to see if a crash occurs. Time will tell.
Thanks for your help.

I'd like to add that those Bluetooth devices have not been connected for a long time. Is it possible that is why they are listed as Problem Devices?
