Computer recently had W7 64-bit installed and has been working fine for over a week.

That was until this morning. I received STOP 0x0000001E while using Chrome and now the computer is in a startup BSOD loop. When the computer is loading startup programs when booting outside of safe mode the whole process seems inordinately sluggish then after about roughly a minute a BSOD will occur. However the system runs fine in safe mode as I am currently using it to post this request.

I have attached the dump files gathered using Seven Diagnostic Tools. Any help you guys can give me with regards to this would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome

Why are you using the Enterprise version of Windows 7?
Code:
STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility,
Remote control programs, memory, BIOS
BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80002a7a7ef, 0, 7efa0000}
Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!RtlImageNtHeaderEx+3f )

Suggestions:
Uninstall AVG, it causes BSoDs. Use free MSE (at least to test). Make a full scan once installed and updated

Run the System File Checker that scans the the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

:note: Remove any 3rd party remote control programs during troubleshooting

Code:
Driver	c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys (8.14.1.6264, 351.50 KB (359,936 bytes), 7/3/2012 10:10 PM)
Update your graphic card drivers to their latest:
  1. Download and install Driver Sweeper:
    |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download
  2. Download the auto-detect tool for AMD.
    AMD Driver Autodetect
  3. Boot into Safe Mode from Advanced Boot Options:
    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html
  4. Type in Driver Fusion in Search
  5. Remove all drivers
  6. Boot normally now, and install the latest drivers from the
    auto-detect program you downloaded.

Let us know the results and further blue screens if any

Thank you for your reply.

I did what you suggested and it resolved the startup bsod loop. However, I am still having intermittent bsod(0x000001E) with relation to a program opening up a new web page.

Do you have any idea why this might be?

Thank you again!
