I have been suffering from this since I got Win 7. Updated both my Graphics and Sound Cards Drivers.

I got
AMD Athelon 7850 Processor at Stock Speed
2 x 2gb 800 mhz ram.
ATI radeon 4850 graphics card.
M61PME-S2P Mobo.

I will add my Minidumps latest file in a bit.

when uploading a file please use the attachment feature, rather than an off site webpage... it makes it a lot easier...

Operating system does not affect being able to run bios version or not. Are you saying that you can not find a way to flash, being that you are x64? See if you can do so by booting to a floppy, usb stick or cd.

What I did was look on Gigabytes website for Bios Drivers and try download one. It said along the lines of this will not function on a 64 bit OS.
