I downloaded and installed a windows 7 update so I can fix the kernel32.dll error. It didn't work so I restarted my computer. To my surprise, the 'normal boot options' appeared right in front of my eyes. I tried all options and none seems to work. I tried advance boot options (F8) and disable the auto restart thing and then a BSOD occured saying "STOP: c00009139 The procedure entry point RtlPublishWnfstatedata could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll" . I searched for more solutions, such as the repair computer option in F8 (There was no repair computer option). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
Custom-built, Windows 7 ultimate x64, AMD 6400, Radeon hd 3.70 ghz, 512gb hdd

Do you have a Win7 DVD or ISO file?
You could boot to that and choose repair your computer, or use CMD commands.
I have a Win7x64 ISO if you need a copy.

May I have please? I don't know how to use it, but I assume I'll use another laptop, download that, and put the iso file in it (only file in it) and then plug onto one of my usb sockets during startup?

Yes, download to anther computer and burn it to a DVD or USB.

You can't copy and paste an iso and have it boot. You have to burn it to DVD or USB.
From my OneDrive Win7x64_ISO.zip

You have to take the ISO out of the zip/compressed folder. Usually double-click it and choose where to extract it to. Simple!

You use either of the two below programs to create bootable media

Imgburn to create bootable DVD
ImgBurn: Burn ISO Images to DVD - YouTube

Rufus to create bootable USB.
Rufus: Burn an ISO to USB Flash Drive - YouTube
