I downloaded and installed a windows 7 update so I can fix the kernel32.dll error. It didn't work so I restarted my computer. To my surprise, the 'normal boot options' appeared right in front of my eyes. I tried all options and none seems to work. I tried advance boot options (F8) and disable the auto restart thing and then a BSOD occured saying "STOP: c00009139 The procedure entry point RtlPublishWnfstatedata could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll" . I searched for more solutions, such as the repair computer option in F8 (There was no repair computer option). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
