I have Win7 starter build 7600. After shutdown because battery low I receive stop error 7f (0,0,0,0) in Normal mode. Does NOT help:
- Repair computer
- Restore to previous points (including Last good ..)
- Boot with all services and startups disabled.
It DOES work in Safe mode with Networking.
A dump file attached.
Please help.

UPDATE:
System info:
- x86 (32-bit)
- the original installed OS on the system
- an OEM
- Hardware and OS are 9 months old.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Sorry you are having trouble. I will look at your dump; but please read this thread, follow the instructions and post back. The additional information is very helpful.

http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Error code 7F, UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control.
The dump blames monitor.sys which is a Windows system monitor driver. It is very unlikely to be the real cause. I suggest that you test your video card with Furmark. Follow the instructions in this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html. Post back with the results.

Also, I suggest that you update these two drivers from the links provided. Outdated drivers can cause conflicts and BSOD's.

Thank you! I've uninstall the driver of my display adapter (Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150) and now Windows can work in Normal mode too with Video controller (VGA compatible) display adapter. When I try to update driver again, the problem repeats. But I cannot test my video card with Furmark. This program requires
advanced display adapter installed.

+ I've added info to my first post and have updated drivers of Bluetooth and Intel Storage.

I see this in your Perfmon report and, of course you already know this:
Symptom:

Resolution:
1. Verify the correct driver is installed.
2. Try updating the drivers using Windows Update.
3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.

I looked at five dumps and they are virtually identical - error code 7f and blaming monitor.sys. I believe that you are running Windows Defender. I recommend that you download and install Microsoft Security Essentials. It supersedes Defender, offers better protection, and runs smoothly with Win 7. It will turn Windows Defender off. Defender is known to cause problems on some Win 7 systems. What firewall are you running?

Thank you for your recommendations about security. I've installed Microsoft Security Essentials and I use Windows firewall.
I have made the performance report with this driver of display because the Perfmon did not work in Safe mode but Normal mode has not loaded with the original driver installed.
Does it mean that my video card corrupted if installation of its original driver cause crash?

Not necessarily; but we can't rule it out. it could have been something else causing a conflict. Now that you have MSE running instead of Defender, let's see if this makes a difference. Have you updated the two drivers I listed above?

Yes, I've updated these drivers. The problem still repeats when I install original display driver.

I think there may be a problem with the video card.
