You uploaded the tool, you should should compress the folder found in Documents named Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 which was created and upload it

Your Nvidia driver is the cause, uninstall it and use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia display driver files
Then reinstall the current Nvidia driver =>Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Your issue can also be related to overheating, check your temps and run a GPU test with OCCT
