Hello everyone. I have recently been experiencing multiple BSODs per day, mainly dealing with 7a (Kenel data inpage error) and F4. From what I have read, these can be caused by a virus, faulty drivers, low PSU, a bad motherboard, or issues with hard drives and ram. Based on this info, I have done the following:

1) Scanned for viruses (none found)
2) Made sure that all cables for both of my hard drives were firmly plugged in
3) Changed the slots being used for both of my hard drives
4) Moved my one stick of RAM into a new slot
5) Ran chkdsk with no errors
6) Ran memtest with no errors
7) Ran long tests from Seagate Seatools on both hard drives with no errors

Based on the above, I don't believe its caused by a virus, bad motherboard, or my hard drives.
I have also ran CCleaner to try and fix registry errors to see if that might have fixed any issues, but it didn't help.

I hope it is not caused by my hard drive failing, but due to the fact that I can run in safe mode without any issues, I am thinking that it might be caused by a driver error.
I am unsure of how to check if its a driver related issue, so besides going through and updating every single driver on my computer I don't know what I should do from here. I ran verifier.exe and managed to get a BSOD afterwords, but I also don't know how to get the results from that.

I have attached the DM logs from my PC.

Any help or suggestions?

I also performed a system restore to before I started having bsods, but to no affect. Unless I find a solution, I plan on wiping my computer and performing a fresh install on Friday.
