stop Firefox 5 from installing itself??

Hello,

when I launch firefox the firefox 5 installer tries to run and I cannot find a way to get rid of it. its getting annoying. any way to shut it off? NOT going to install it Thanks.

If you go into the "advanced" tab under options in Firefox you can turn off automatic installation of updates, this might fix your problem. Though keep in mind Firefox 5 was released to fix a good number of issues with Firefox 4, including security vulnerabilities.
