how could i disable all programs updates ??
all programs included in WIN7

Hello Alhasan,

Windows Updates doesn't include updates for all programs, but if you like, you could change your Windows Update settings to Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them.

As for other programs, you'll need to check each program's settings to see if it has an option to turn off checking for updates.

To add a little.
The way I do it is set Windows Updates as Brink has suggested.
Then go into msconfig/Start up and then Services and make sure their is no auto update for your programs checked.

One must remember that once doing this one must do manual updates often.
For programs other than Windows 7 I use this little free program.

So I'm clear.
You need those updates to help keep your computer working properly and safer.
The suggestions are just a different method of getting updates.

Myself don't like anything auto updating but I do keep a close vigilance on manual updates. This allows me to check for updates and decide which updates I want.

I live in Syria , and my internet is calculated as (how many MBs do you spent ? )
and the bill will be dependent to that

I understand your concern. You still need those updates. How and when you get them is your choice.

Really , Updates will be installed when you install the program like adobe after effects
every single program has its own updates , when i buy a (net credit of 150 mb) it will be spent during 15 minute
what means $10 every 15 minutes of surfing ..

Some do, some don't. You'll need to check the program's settings to see if it has an auto update feature, and turn it off if you like.
