Stopped Delete Option Through Task Manager Need Some Advice

I was Deleting 19 GB of data, It was taking time so i canceled it by pressing cancel,
Even cancellation was taking Time so i used task manager to stop the deletion.

But Here come the problem the deleted folders were not in the recycle bin & not in the path from were i deleted.. Even worst is that memory of 19 GB is still Occupied..

Can Someone Please help me on this issue..

can anyone tell how to get the memory back????

Welcome to the Forum. I have no idea what this means. From your post.
Even worst is that memory of 19 GB is still Occupied..
Probably the easiest thing to do is go to a restore point before you started all this.
Remember when you go back to a restore point you should update all your security programs again.
