Strange Aero Issue

Just recently noticed this weird aero problem. All the aero effects seem to be enabled but when I drag a window across the screen the window stays put and only the outline of the window is being dragged around, if that makes any sense. For example if I opened my music folder and wanted to drag it from the center of the screen to the side of the screen, usually I would be able to drag the window around while being able to see the window itself moving. With my problem, I am only able to see the outline border of the window moving while the window itself remains stationary. Thanks for the help in advance,

FIXED, In performance option under visual effects, show window contents while dragging somehow got unchecked :/
