Strange BSOD`s after small overclocking

So I wanted with to overclock my AMD 1090t, i got to around 3.8ghz and 2.6ghz NB at 1.425 vcore and 1.23NB which isnt an extreme overclock. I then got a few BSODs for different reasons and then finally the system would power on with no beeps and no display. I switched RAM, which didnt work, then i switched back and reset the cmos which did work and i booted in fine. Still however getting some random BSOD on stock settings but not that often. I cant view any memory dumps because debug tools will not install i also cannot upload them for some reason, however i do have a view logs from the event viewer. System is:
1090t- Antec H20 620 Push/Pull setup
Corsair Vengance 8gb 1600mhz RAM / 8gb OCZ Gold 1333MHZ
Gigabyte GTX 560ti SOC 1050/2100/4700
ASUS M4A78LT-M
OCZ StealXteme 2 500w
500GB seagate 7200RPM

ok sorry i didnt see runnining tests now, ive run memory diagnostic which came trough with no errors

Just blue screened while running tests so now i have to run them again memory_mangament was the reason
