Hello to all.I am here again with a new problem.
A month ago a relative of mine gave me his old HP Pavilion dv6700 notebook .It was broken,so I changed the motherboard and worked well again since this monday, when started to fail.First it got freezed and I have to reboot the computer and since Thursday the computer started to make strange reboot and after that reboot the computer sometimes the screen power on but can't boot the HDD or the computer doesn't show anything on the screen.

The last fail, some minutes ago, happened the same and show me about 5 bsods until I can boot to the windows, but the computer only saved one.

Here I have passed the SF diagnostic tool.I attach the file

Thanks

Hi ercarlitosg.

It seems that Avast is causing the issue.

Avast is a good antivirus, but sometimes it causes BSOD. Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. At least as a test. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Let us know the results.

I also used Avast for years, and I was really happy with it.

It causes issues for some users only, not for all. And it is very random.
