On Start Up my wife's laptop has suddenly started asking what programme I want to use to open a file name = her user name.

When I open it in Notepad I see different texts, but this is typical:

11...60 eb 69 71 73 95 ......Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller

21...00 00 00 00 00 00 00 e0 Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
12...00 00 00 00 00 00 00 e0 Microsoft 6to4 Adapter
22...00 00 00 00 00 00 00 e0 Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #2
14...00 00 00 00 00 00 00 e0 Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface

It isn't a big issue, as cancelling the 'open file' dialogue box just makes it go away, but its just annoying me.
Anyone seen this before, or has advice as to stopping it from happening?
