Strange folder in (C:)

Hey guys. there's this folder on my computer that has a whole bunch of other folder that I cant access for some reason. IM the only user on my laptop and so I don't understand what it is or why I cant go in them.http:// www. im age bam. com/image/2393af307643185

Welcome to the Seven Forums.

The folder is left over from the installation of a Windows Update. The numbered folders that you are looking at contain info for different languages. The file permissions are set to keep you (and infections) out of the folder. The update was poorly written. It should have cleaned up after itself. There are several updates that leave this kind of a mess behind.
