Hello,

I am facing some strange issues with my GPU's driver.

It randomly uninstalls itself ,so I have to manually install it .

My GPU is Zotac Nvidia GT 520 Zone Edition ; I remove the driver totally with DDU when it unistalls itself and install the 391.35 driver which is the latest for my GPU ,bot nothing had helped so far.

I've also OC my GPU with Zotac FireStorm - an OC utility for Zotac GPUs.
I've overclocked the memory clock to 885 MHz and the core clock to 995 MHz.

The PC sometimes completely freezes while gaming,so I have to manually restart it.

And the newest issue is that the OC utility doesn't apply the OC while I am gaming!

Please help me to resolve the issues.

Hello,

sounds like the GPU is not stable at that overclock. Does the issue continue to persist if you wind down the overclocks back to default frequencies?

Thank you for replying.

I am not sure, but I think that the issue with the random driver uninstallation happens even when the GPU isn't OC.

BTW I've found those overclocking values in this article: : ZOTAC GeForce GT 520 1 GB Review | TechPowerUp

I think I found what is causing the issues,it is not the overclocking , it is the software which I use to monitor the CPU/GPU temps, clocks etc. in the game overlay.
RivaTunerStatisticsServer doesn't work for me,because the game I play (NBA 2K9) ,is modded and I run it via TexMod,and RivaTunerStatisticsSoftware doesn't detect this app ,so I have been trying to substitute it with other overlay software.
Please tell me which is the best in game overlay software (except RivaTunerStatistics Server)?
