I went into my C:\Windows folder to check something & I realized I have this new folder named SoftwareDistribution that was created on 6/1/12.
This is a refurbished hard drive & was clean before I 1st installed 7 on it, which was 6/2/12. So how can I have a folder w/a creation date of 6/1/12?
I have scanned this folder & no viruses/PUP's were found. In it are various other folders (attached pic) also. Anyone able to give me some help w/this?

I wouldn't worry about it. It's related to AutoUpdate. The only update I allow on my Windows7 machine is Silver Light. And I have a SoftwareDistribution folder. If you want you can go into Control Panel => Windows Update and turn auto updates off.
