strange problem ,blurry lines

im having strange problems with pes 2009 and pes2010 demo when in full screen mode i keep seeing blurry horizotall lines going upwards and its really annoying .it wasnt doing it yesterday but i go back to play it today and its come back..it does this when maximized in any res, but in window mode doesnt ,does anyone know why this is happening just in these two games but not in any other games?

im using 32" hdtv

has anyone else experienced similar problems

Corrupt drivers? Check you video, audio and monitor drivers, download the latest version, uninstall the ones you have now, restart and install a fresh copy of them... don't forget to use "Run as Administrator".

If that's not it... I'm stumped!

i found the problem i changed the vertical refresh slider in ccc in the 3d section of it to always on rather that on unless application specified and that seems to of done the trick

actually the problem has reurneD,ive tried every possible setting in ccc .
Seriously if i had epilipsy id probably be dead now ,, the blurry lines when games in action or just load screen are transitioning is awful ,its like my tv refresh rate is 1mhz:sarc:
i play pro evolution soccer @ 1920-1080 res what can only be played at full screen @ th@ res,but when i ALT-TAB it likes put the game in a window what doesnt fit the screen its to large ,but the games fine like that and no refresh rate issue.when playing at 1280- 720 in window mode again its fine but the window border at the top is annoying,but again soon as i double click the window at the toip too maximize the screen ,what makes it about a cm bigger, then the awful horizontal BLURRY LINES COME BACK .im getting seriously peed of with it,,one minute it works then the next 3 months it doesnt

has anyone got any ideas what the problem could be?

Seems to be a problem with Windows 7 forcing monitors to refresh at 59hz causing pes to disable vSync

The 59hz issue is very common from the sounds of it.

Could be miles out but try searching for 59hz and see if thats your problem
