strange problem happens when playing games

Hello,

i am not sure how to describe this problem, but whenever i play video games everything in the screen freezes for 5 seconds or so and it goes away it's not internet lag for sure and my laptop is in good condition but i believe it's MAYBE one of the VPNS i installed in the past have caused my laptop to be like this i don't know but i will post a video where you could understand what i mean

Have you always had this problem? Does it happen on one game or many? Had you tried lowering the in-game quality and opt for better performance, and see if that resolves your issue?

The other alternative would be to try a clean boot.

It happens in other games and they are pretty much old games honestly and i have a good fps aswell and setting are low of course. I also see run32.dll runs when launch games so i don't know if it's the cause aswell
