Solved Strange problem with PC

Hi guys, I hit a strange problem the other day when I was editing some photos to upload to flickr.I went to save a file and the save box filled with the letter j..something like this jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj. this could not be stopped or deleted.
I stopped the program using task manager. From then on any box which needed text entering completely filled up with the same pattern of jjjjjjjj? This rendered the PC almost unusable, couldnt log in to anywhere, couldnt search for anything etc. Tried System restore but this wouldnt restore to anywhere. Check-disk came back with nothing. Thinking that this was a busted keyboard I bought a new wireless mouse and Keyboard set...same results again. I have reinstalled windows as this was all I could think of to repair this error. This worked fine for an hour or two then the problem returned...getting a bit hacked off by now as you can imagine .........any ideas anyone please????

My specs are Custom built PC Running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with AMD Bulldozer 6 core processor, 16 GIG ram 2 500GB hard drives radeon 6500 series graphics card.

This seems to be a hardware problem because it reappeared after reinstalling Windows. Have you checked in the Device Manager if all your hardware is working properly?

Ran another check-disk..this seems to have sorted itself out now...thanks for your time guys
