Strange problem with task manager

I opened up the taskmanager, and clicked and dragged something by mistake, I did it too fast to see what, but now it looks like this, and I dont know how to fix it!!

Ah ha, double clicking does this. Now i feel like an idiot lol

Double click the area padding on the outside the tasks. for example right next to the end task button.
