strange problem

sir,

Im having 2048 X 1152 - 23 inch Dell LCD monitor.. the problem im facing is, only when im running windows media center, i cud see a narrow colour patch (flickering) in the extreme right of my screen... thn i reverted the media center to 1920 x 1080 pixels.. then i watched that the narrow colour patch had gone... but the better clarity of my screen is seen in 2048 X 1152 pixels... if i switched back in to the recommended pixel setting (ie. 2048 X 1152 pixels), i see the narrow colour patch again, which is quite irritating.. sir, wat wud be the problem ?

any help from ur side.... ???

Maybe your video card can't take it??? You still got visibility of most of the screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels so its not that bad.

i guess, my video card can handle that maximum pixel rate.. (NVIDIA GT 8500...)
sir, that problem occurs only whn i take media center.....
