here's my dump files for you to see. I've been helped by the amazing people here and I'm hoping I can find some help again.

it seems like my pc just crashes at random, it varies from solid green, pink, white, and black color, and all I can do is reboot. its hard to pin point the exact problem since the crashes have no pattern. I can watch netflix for hours, use photoshop, but the next time my pc will crash after 30 minutes.

It is recommended to remove Auslogics software, these specific software, driver updater and boostspeed, is software you shouldn't use and may cause more harm than good.
The best method to update drivers is manually, this ensures the driver is correctly installed and no wrong drivers is installed.

Besides of that, Webroot is the cause of the crashes.
My recommendation is to uninstall Webroot and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials.

Hey Axe0,

it happened again, but it took a lot longer to crash this time. after it crashed, I went ahead and downloaded the uninstall tool for webroot to clean up the traces it left, so I'm hoping this can solve the issue, but just in case it doesn't I redid the log after the crash.

Thank you and your help is appreciated!

I can't help without a dump, there are no dumps in your last upload.
According to the event logs, no crashes happened since yesterday.

EDIT: you don't mean a BSOD crash I assume?

Why would you think that?

cause if its crashing and not leaving dump files, I'm just wondering if its a hardware issue, I dont really know much about this stuff, just the things I've been reading online.

Thanks for your help!

What kind of a crash is it?
  1. App crash
  2. Shutdown/restart crash
  3. BSOD crash
  4. Freeze crash
Only with a BSOD crash system dumps are created which we analyse, with app crashes app dumps are created on a different location which we don't analyse because the data they contain is different from system dumps.

the screen turns into a solid color, it comes in different colors, green, pink, yellow, black, white, and the audio sometimes get garbled and the only thing I can do is power down and boot the pc to get out of it.

could it be a driver issue? please advise me on what my next steps should be?

That could be a few things
  • Graphics drivers,
  • Software problem, sometimes a conflict occurs but I haven't ever seen that happen so I wouldn't know anything about it.
  • Graphics card,
  • PSU, not enough wattage to properly handle the requirements of GPU is the only culprit I've seen.
