Strange Task Bar Problems Windows 7 Professional

Hi there,

I am just wondering if I am the only one having these issues,
my comp is pretty much flawless , everything works great with windows 7 professional,
up until recently I have noticed that application by application happens more often as the days go by lol,
programs keep closing when minimized to task bar , this has become very annoying...,
it originally happened with Firefox and I could not figure it out how to correct it and I tried a lot,
I gave up my favorite browser and installed Google chrome, worked fine for a few days and it too started acting the same way while Internet Explorer works fine, now today my Thunderbirds also closes when minimized and my microsoft word etc... I am so fricken mad that I am unable to figure out as what is going on with my windows,
originally I thought ok Microsoft detects that I use Firefox over their crappy Explorer and they released a patch to bugger Firefox..., but now more and more program I use act the same way, now I also noticed I have double instances running of the programs that close when minimized... WTF is going I ask myself...
Any help would be appreciate.

What type/ brand mouse is being used wired-wireless ?
What security suite do you have installed,
Clean boot,

mouse type Logitech MX 1100,
security - Kasperski and Malwarebytes...
I have had this system for the past 3 years , the same setup, never had an issue....

Do you have a spare mouse to test with hopefully a wired one ?
I take it the issue happens using Clean boot and safe mode with networking ?

thanks man for the effort, I just figured out what was causing the problem lol,
it was the "RocketDock" for some reason everytime I minimized a program it was running up and mounting into the rocketdock at the top , I have it on autohide , when browse over the top of my screen boundary it pops up with all my program shortcuts , if you don't know what it is , it's like a mac app bar, I really like it as I got all my programs that I work with on a quick launch there...
Man , this had been bugging me for the past 3 weeks , I will reinstall it and see what happens.

PS in general tab in the RocketDock there is an option checked to minimize windows to the dock as default lol , this was causing the issues.
