Strange.

Hi, I'm having this strange occurrence when browsing websites using Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Whenever I go to a website, it says 'Waiting for 202.78.98.4'. Whenever I click a link on Facebook, it really redirects me to that IP. Scanned using MSE, scanned using MBAM, scanned using ESET Online Scanner. No viruses found.

It sounds as if you have some sort of infection or your ISP is redirecting you to that IP. However, if it only happens with certain browsers then it's more than likely an infection.

I suggest that you perform FULL Diagnostic scans using the following programs until you find something.

MSE
Avast
Malwarebytes
Hitman
Super Anti Spyware

If you still can't find anything, you should probably back up all important data and perform a clean installation. Make sure that you thoroughly scan all files before importing back onto the clean installation.

That info is from the whois lookup. Is your ISP Sky Internet?

The WHOIS details you posted above are from my ISP! So you mean this is normal?

Normal is it working.
My guess is that your ISP is failing to route your traffic. Your ISP could be down. Could be busy. Could be lazy.
But it doesnt sound like its a fault at your end.
Have you tried calling them, going to their website, and seeing if they are aware of any issues?

xarden may be right. It is also possible that the isp is blocking some websites. Try accessing one of the sites you are having trouble with through a proxy server.
