so recently this issue has started about a few days ago. when ever i steam something with audio the aydio sounds robotic/studdery. like on youtube the video will be loading fine no lagging or freezing but the audio would just sound robotic/studdery. so i thought it was my speakers so what i did to test is play an audio/music file ad everything seamed fine no robotic/studdery sound. i never had this issue at all before.

a few things i tried
to clear my internet cache/cookies
clean up my ram on my pc and do a disk defragment
restart my pc

my internet speeds is about between 10-40mbps down
but like i said i never had an issue like this at all.

any idea?

Youtube uses the Flash player and it has known to cause sound problems. Sometimes reinstalling the flash player will help.

Playing an audio file that is on the PC or a commercial audio CD does not use flash players or similar.

It looks like Pandora just uses the "Stereo Mix" in the PC for streaming audio. Spotify may do the same thing. I don't use either one but doing searches seems to indicate there is no special media player used. What browser are you using? I see some comments about Chrome and I've seen other posts about some problems with audio on Chrome.

Also what sound device do you have? e.g. RealTek? or some other.

chrome but i did try it on firefox and ie and it did the same.
i notice it worsens when i an browsing/multi tasking while streaming a video.
i also tried to do what u told me uninstall flash and reinstall.
something tells me its my computer then. not sure what it is though i did a pc clean up.
removed a lot of unneeded and wanted stuff.

it may be my sound device but idk why its just started to happen.
