scannow did not find any integrity problems. So what about them missing dlls listed by FSS?

guessing the disable antispyware doesn't look good!!!!

tried running scannow from boot using the command as OS on C: drive

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows

I tried that first which ran fine, but stil lgot the dll missing error when I ran FSS.

The question is


  1. Are the missing dlls important and if so how do I restore them?
  2. Should windows defenbder by disabled and if not how to I enable?
